During the call we talk about your goals and your motivation. On the other hand, this gives you the chance to get to know STI-Consulting, us and your possible area of operations and to ask questions about the position in our company.
If you have convinced us so far, we will invite you to a personal follow-up interview. During the interview you will have to prove your professional skills. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to get to know our team. Typically, future colleagues are available to answer any open questions.
