After alternating years in consulting and in corporations, I was looking for a small, ideally owner-managed company that would give me the opportunity to develop freely and give me responsibility – without the corset of a corporation. That’s how I ended up at STI-Consulting, and it’s exactly what you’d expect. “Work hard – party hard”: First day in a customer project. I immediately took on a large, relevant account and had plenty of freedom to shape, drive forward and develop my personal favorite topics in the industry. There are lots of social events and offers for diversity and team building. If that’s not enough, you can also take the initiative and organize something yourself.
