  • The support and design of strategic, organizational, and technical projects with a focus on customer excellence.
  • The analysis, conception and implementation of technical requirements in the marketing, sales and service environment.
  • The development and design of customer data models as a basis for data mining activities.
  • The model definition for customer segmentation, customer life cycles and customer values and analyses of existing customer data as a basis for operational measures.
  • Measuring the success of direct marketing campaigns, to identify areas for improvement
  • The creation of relevant CRM reports and analyses in close cooperation with our customers.
  • Performing business analysis to derive optimization measures for digital processes.
  • The selection of suitable, modern technologies
  • The autonomous and independent co-design and further development of our service portfolio in the area of Digital Customer Excellence
  • Helping our customers to act in a customer-centric way and enabling them to continue to do so after our mission.


  • You already have professional experience in a comparable function in marketing, consulting or IT.
  • You have strong analytical skills and knowledge of programming (SQL, SAS, Python, R) and the use of visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).
  • You enjoy dealing with innovative topics such as customer experience, digital marketing or campaign management.
  • You share our enthusiasm for theme development and marketing.
  • You have a successfully completed university degree.
  • You are business fluent in German and have a good command of English.
  • Travelling within the DACH region for consulting projects is not a no-go for you.
