• Targeted customer acquisition and development

• Support with sales projects
• Collection and verification of customer information
• Initial contact with interested parties via telephone and e-mail

• Confident telephone voice
• Professional experience in sales of IT solutions or in customer service or telephone sales (advantageous, but not a must)
• High service and customer orientation
• Motivation and hands-on mentality
• Fluent German and English
• Confident handling of MS Office
