The great experience already began with the application process. From a very warm welcome to an exciting interview including lunch, everything was there. Normally you get excited during the application phase, but I immediately felt welcome, including the outlook on what to expect and how we can become successful together. My expectations of the company were actually exceeded. In no other company I have been given so much freedom to develop, improve and, above all, contribute. Every idea is discussed, every thought is taken up and there is always a feeling of togetherness. Here, you learn to take responsibility from day one, and that’s a great way to do it. There is no competition, there is one team, one STI. This starts with the management and runs through all the departments. In my life, there are now two families: my own and the STI-family – double keeps better!
