After several years in the classic Human Resources service, I was used to rigid working hours, KPIs without end and strict structures. But not at STI-Consulting.

Right from my job interviews, I was impressed by the friendly way people treated each other and the fact that personality and motivation count here, and not just what’s on a CV. Flat hierarchies and learning without limits are not only written in capital letters here, but also really lived!
Everyday life in this sense doesn’t really exist, every day looks different! Just the way I like it. I can pursue my interests, try out new things and get involved in a wide variety of projects. Of course, sometimes things go wrong or don’t quite go according to plan, but thanks to the support of colleagues and superiors, that’s not as problematic. True to the motto: mistakes are there to be learned from! STI-Consulting was exactly the right decision for me and I’m excited to see what else is in store for me!
