My professional background, in particular my experience in personnel services, both in smaller management consultancies and in groups, made my entry into STI-Consulting a lot easier. The start and especially the first week were tough in every respect. The colleagues are great, open and honest and, above all, they are ready to have fun. During a consulting and especially in STI Consulting, it never gets boring and no two days are the same. It is a fast project business in which you can quickly take on responsibility, put established processes to the test and try out your own approaches. There is a clear focus on results paired with entrepreneurial thinking and no classic control via KPIs or a distinct process culture. Development both personally and professionally is desired in every aspect and, above all, is actively supported. It’s certainly not all gold that shines, but if you want to work independently, implement your own ideas and improvements and have fun at the end of the day, STI-Consulting is the right place for you. I’m looking forward to the future and the changes and opportunities that come with it.
