  • Responsibility for the entire recruiting process of IT freelancers and commercial staff
  • Recording of the concrete needs in our projects in cooperation with sales colleagues
  • Search for suitable resources in our partner and freelancer pool
  • Active sourcing and target group-specific use of a wide variety of recruitment channels
  • Negotiation of conditions and contracts with partner companies and freelancers (in cooperation with legal colleagues)
  • Establishment and maintenance of a professional network to regional network partners


  • Completed university studies or comparable training
  • Ideally experience in the areas of IT / Consulting
  • Very good communication skills, enjoyment of candidate research and pronounced service orientation
  • Independent and structured way of working, a high sense of responsibility and a strong ability to work in a team
  • Competent handling of social media as well as enjoyment of networking
  • Safe in dealing with the common MS-Office programs.
  • Fluent in German and good English skills
