- Responsibility for the entire recruiting process of IT freelancers and commercial staff
- Recording of the concrete needs in our projects in cooperation with sales colleagues
- Search for suitable resources in our partner and freelancer pool
- Active sourcing and target group-specific use of a wide variety of recruitment channels
- Negotiation of conditions and contracts with partner companies and freelancers (in cooperation with legal colleagues)
- Establishment and maintenance of a professional network to regional network partners
- Completed university studies or comparable training
- Ideally experience in the areas of IT / Consulting
- Very good communication skills, enjoyment of candidate research and pronounced service orientation
- Independent and structured way of working, a high sense of responsibility and a strong ability to work in a team
- Competent handling of social media as well as enjoyment of networking
- Safe in dealing with the common MS-Office programs.
- Fluent in German and good English skills
