For me, two points were decisive why I chose STI-Consulting almost a year ago: Flexibility and appreciation. Previously, I had worked in companies where these two points were hardly fulfilled. At STI-Consulting, I was not disappointed. Here, the company values are really lived and I felt like a full and valued member of the STI-family from day one. Flexibility is so important in order to really be able to implement the much-vaunted work-life balance. At STI-Consulting, everything grows on trust and not on constant control. We work independently, but can always rely on our team. We can set our own goals and if we lack a certain know-how to reach that goal, there are numerous opportunities for further development. After experiencing this work atmosphere, I would not switch to a company that does not implement and live these values on a daily basis.
