- Understanding and analyzing customer problems
- Creation and presentation of technical concepts and processes
- Design and development of innovative software solutions
- Technical management of projects or project teams
- Several years of experience with different programming languages
- Good knowledge of JavaScript (at best also TypeScript, React, Angular and Node.js) or interest in learning it
- Enjoy solving problems using digital tools and being enthusiastic about others
- Inquisitive and the urge to always learn something new
- Basic willingness to travel (DACH)
- Fluent in German and English
