This is what you can expect in the workshop “Systematically for new ideas”
The SIT method was inspired by the Russian TRIZ method and developed in the 1990s by Prof. Jacob Goldenberg (et al.) In Israel. It is essentially based on the ‘Function-follows-Form’ process according to Prof. Ronald Finke and the five innovation patterns according to Prof. Jacob Goldenberg. With it it is possible to systematically break cognitive fixations and lead experts to new thoughts. Problems are identified quickly and systematically and obvious solutions are found. In addition to the theoretical introduction to the method, practical exercises are developed together with the participants within the workshop and these are adapted to the needs of the participants. The workshop is aimed at small and medium-sized companies and is equally suitable for developing new products, processes, services or business models. The participants thus receive an overview of all innovation opportunities for their area within a short time.
This training can be booked in different versions both online and on site and individually for your own teams in the company! E.g. as a 1-day theory-based training or as a 2-day training workshop.
