Aufgaben:

·Define, implement and maintain the IT architecture target picture to accelerate Allianz' future strategy and opportunities
·Conduct IT market research, provide proposals and prototypes, support and consult customers
·Driving the technological implementation of the workplace services roadmap for the virtual client service
·Drive alignment between Allianz Technology and local business units (OEs) of our IT technology landscape with the enterprise architecture target picture, including system retirements (decommissioning)
·User experience design by architectural conceptualization together with the single end user facing systems to provide a consistent flow of work enabled by the backend
·Working with external vendors who implement the Hardware stack and acting as a SPOC for all AVC (Allianz Virtual Client) Hardware tasks
·Development of DevOps & Automation solutions for the virtual client service and Workplace service overall

Must-Have-Skills:

·Agile & DevOps Mindset to drive constant development of virtual Client service setup within Workplace Services within the Scrum Team setup
·Good knowledge in Citrix & VmWare products for client virtualization as well as Microsoft operating system management and basic knowledge with Office 365 and Cloud providers like AWS and Azure
·Work experience in agile team environments and with DevOps tooling for automation
·Experience with enterprise-scale environments
·Experience in architectural and concept-wise working incl. documentation skills and knowledge about architectural frameworks like TOGAF, Archimate or similar
·Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations
·Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and to cooperate with a diverse internal and external audience
